Replugger

Terms of use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply to replugger.com, operated by Superapp B.V. (“Replugger”).

1. What Replugger does

Replugger lists new and used EV chargers for sale and helps companies buy, sell and source them. Listings come from Replugger's own stock and from third-party sellers. A listing is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer.

2. Listings

We check listings with care, but specifications, quantities, photos, prices and availability can change or contain errors. Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. A deal is only binding once both parties confirm it in writing, for example in an order confirmation or a signed offer.

3. Deals

Each deal has its own written agreement covering price, payment terms, delivery terms (Incoterms), condition, inspection and warranty. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

4. Sellers

If you offer chargers through Replugger, you confirm that you own them or are authorised to sell them, and that the information you give is correct.

5. Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, scrape it in bulk, or try to access parts of it that are not public. Texts, photos and other content on the site belong to Replugger or its licensors.

6. Liability

Replugger is not liable for indirect or consequential damage from using the site. Our total liability for a deal is limited to the amount invoiced for that deal, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

7. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
