We do not sell personal data and do not make automated decisions about you that have legal effects.
Who processes data for us

- Neon Inc. (database)
- Resend Inc. (sending email)
- PostHog Inc., EU cloud (privacy-friendly analytics)
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp, only when you choose to message us there)
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. When you buy or sell a charger, we share the details needed for the deal (such as company name and delivery address) with the other party and with the transport companies and inspectors involved.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a deal: 24 months after our last contact.
- Deal and invoice records: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct, delete, restrict or export it, and you can object to processing. Email [email protected] and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
